In 1984, Girls' Camp was started by a group of Christians who wanted young people to have a place for fellowship and to grow deeper relationships with God. A haven, a place where you and your girlfriends meet for a special week away... away from the ordinary. It's a place where you giggle and act silly and NO BOYS ARE ALLOWED! It's the place where there are Bible lessons taught, worship songs sung, crafts created, skits performed, swimming skills perfected and nature discovered. It's the week girls talk about all year long and put on their calendar for JULY.

 

In 2014, Camp Thistledown for girls ages 15-18 was created as an extension of Girls' Camp. Thistledown Camp features camp fires, fun wacky games, and arts and crafts. Other activities could include canoeing, painting, carpet-ball, baking, tea times, human Foosball, hiking and more. Best of all it offers an opportunity to strengthen your relationship with God; a place to ask questions and learn how to find answers.
